This stunning 1 bedroom apartment is situated on the ground floor of a brand new complex in Kato Paphos, just a 7 minute walk to Bar Street and a 10 minute walk to the harbour area.
The spacious open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is separated by a breakfast bar and with patio doors leading to the covered patio and private compact garden, leading to the spacious communal gardens and swimming pools. The stylish double bedroom also has a patio door leading to the garden, large sun terrace and pool. The bathroom has a bath/shower/WC. Both the lounge and bedroom have air conditioning.
There is a communal swimming pool and a children's pool. The patio comprises a table and six chairs, and two sun beds. Parking facilities are provided directly outside the apartment entrance. A selection of restaurants, shops, mini-markets are within a short stroll from the complex and Paphos airport is just 15 minutes drive away. The complex is ideally situated in the heart of Kato Paphos and yet affords a tranquil and relaxing setting.

Terms & Conditions
* 25% deposit is required to secure the bookings.
* At least 2 weeks prior to arrival we need to have arrival/departure
flights details.
* Amendments are acceptable minimum two weeks prior to arrival
and subject of current availability.
* Last minute bookings available without 20% deposit and
settlement of account upon arrival to resort.
* During High Season we reserve the right to over-book the clients
for 1-2 nights (for 1 week stay) and up to 3 nights (from 2 weeks
stay) to the same standard accommodation or better in order
to avoid problems of inconvenient flights.
* A/C £ Cy.Pnds 2.50 per unit per day payable extra to the rates above.
* Additional cleaning and linen changing is available at extra charge
of £ Cy.Pnds 3 and £ Cy.Pnds 5 each respectively.
* A Welcoming grocery pack is offered to our guests upon arrival
which includes toilet paper, small packs of crunchy bread,
butter and cheese coffee, tea, fresh milk, sugar, small
bottle of water, 1 litre orange juice, fruit of the season according
to the number of guests. For repeaters - 1 bottle of local wine.
