sleeping upto seven people. The villa is located very close to all of the amenities that
Coral Bay has to offer,
the shops, bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away, and the renowned sandy
Coral Bay beach is just 10 minutes
walk. The local medical centre, pharmacy and launderette as well as the bus services to Paphos
Town and Harbour are also within a 5 minute walk.
On the ground floor the spacious living, dining and kitchen area are open plan and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, electric cooker and halogen hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board and all the crockery and cutlery that you need, the dining area with dining table seats six people comfortably. The spacious lounge area has 1 two seater and one three seater settee and three chairs and has a CD/radio. The veranda, accessed from patio doors in the living and dining room, overlooks the beautifully landscaped garden and pool area.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m and has a quiet patio area complete with sunbeds. There is also a WC and had basin located on this floor
On the first floor the master bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes, safe, and en-suite, comprising WC, hand basin and shower. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (plus the opportunity to make an additional single bed) and fitted wardrobes along with third bedroom which is fitted with two single beds and also has fitted wardrobes.
The master bedroom and second bedroom have patio doors that open onto a large balcony complete with sea views. There is also a family bathroom located on this floor.
Maid service on changeover.
All rooms are air conditioned and the charge is payable locally.
